Shawn York is an Owner/Operator of two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Southern California and author of the book, “Love Works Here.”

His success is largely attributed to his leadership and his development of team culture at his restaurants. Shawn’s commitment to care was the catalyst for the Mālama Youth Foundation.

Lani is Shawn’s wife and mom to four kids. She was born on O’ahu and raised on the Big Island.

With a deep love for Hawai’i and an infectious joy, she’s been one of Mālama Youth’s biggest supporters and cheerleaders from the beginning.

Hannah got serious about her faith after summer camp as a teenager, and has loved camp since. She’s passionate about helping youth come to know Jesus, developing disciples and leaders, and seeing others discover and step boldly into who God’s created them to be.

A lifelong camp kid turned camp mom, Amanda knows that the best moments at camp are made possible by a whole lot happening behind-the-scenes. As MYF’s Secretary and Mālama Mama, she keeps the details moving, the Kitchen Crew cooking, and everyone cared for.

Amanda is married to Mike, who grew up on O’ahu, and they are proud parents to three hapa keiki.
